I just purchased a CPO BMW this past Saturday from Germain BMW of Naples and my experience was nothing short of excellent. My salesman, Daunte Molski, went above and beyond for me and kept me in the loop about the car for over a week and a half until I was finally able to schedule an appointment to drive down to Naples to see the car and eventually purchase it. This has been by far the best car buying experience that I have had in my entire life.

Problem existed for six months since battery and recall repair 1/27/23. Two days later I had problems with the cars lights; they would not shut off. Then I had to charge the battery due to hard start. In march I started to get warnings that turned out to be false. There were about 12 different codes. I finally explained the problems to Bill Emerson and the codes stopped after he replaced a module. The only problem I have now is a sizziling sound behind the radio and the lights (I believe it's the brake lights) don't always shut off.

This was our 3rd BMW that we have purchased from Germain BMW and Max Zuercher was the salesman for all three.
