Germain BMW has a new showroom. It’s very nice and now when arriving can drive into a garage and assistant comes to car to help. My service advisor is Rhoel Gray. Rhoel Gray has been our Service Manager for over 10 years. He has always notified us when our BMW needs service. There was a recall on the starter and he changed it immediately. Both my husband and I can’t appreciate him more. He’s personable and very professional.

While we continue to be extremely frustrated and disappointed with the extensive reliability problems of our 2024 BMW X5 hybrid which has less than 15,000 miles on it I must sing high praises for our service advisor. Charles Griffith at Germain BMW, as he always listens is very attentive and gets items with the car addressed in a timely fashion. Great experience working with Germain for the first time. Long-time BMW customer up north but worked with our sales rep Asena Darcin to strike a fast and seamless deal on a new car. We walked in the showroom for the first time and drove off with a new car in less than 3 hours. I was shocked at how quickly they helped make it happen. They are a well-oiled machine at Germain and we will use them again in the future.
Asena Darcin our sales rep was a pleasure to work with. She helped us find a win-win deal on a new vehicle and we actually drove off the lot with registered plates 2 hours after walking into the dealership for the first time. We will use them again in the future.
Untrustworthy Made a deposit on a car. Asked them three times over town months before arrival if this was final price I was told yes One or two weeks before delivery I was told there wasa $9100 Charge of which they were unaware Visting them it was very clear they couldsell the car for more than list price and they wanted out of the sale. I had been getting my 2007 M6 serviced at Germain for many years successfully. I have homes in Ft Lauderdale and Naples so sometimes I visit the dealers over there in FTL. I recently had an issue with the steering column on the X6M which wasn't fixed by a BMW dealer visit in Fort Lauderdale. I was approaching the end of my 4 yr warranty and I was concerned it wouldn't get fixed in time if Germain didn't diagnose it properly. Had an amazing experience here. Thankful for Sebastian Murzanski - he was extremely prompt in his communication, professional, explained things succinctly and clearly, made sure a few extra questions I had about the car were looked at by the technicians and taken care of, and I was back on the road with no issues.
First I was impressed with the dealership and the process of purchasing a car. It has been over a month and my tags expire in May. I went to the license plate bureau to get my new tags. I was directed to contact the dealership. If has been over a month since my purchase and have not received my tag renewal, I have called the dealership on four separate occasions. I have been told each time they are in a meeting. This is poor customer service after the fact. I would just like a follow up phone call.

I brought the car in for routine maintenance and once again left completely satisfied with the service and experience with Rhoel Gray and the rest of the service department. It was also my first visit since the remodeling of the facility, and I found the upgrades and comfort level provided to be top notch.
Brought in my BMW X5 40i for its first oil change. I made my appt via their automated system which offered me a next day 9 am appointment. I showed up and my service provider informed me that because I was dropping my car it would be completed sometime in the afternoon, that ppl who waited around had their cars completed first. Sounds perfectly logical but I wasn’t informed of that when I made my appt and I said that to my service provider. I really appreciate him for being so accommodating and alleviating my concern about driving 1500 miles without having the service performed. Our sales associate was Oscar Matamoros. He was fantastic in every way. You couldn't have asked for better attention to every detail. He answered calls emails and text quickly. I hate to say it but he was more knowledgeable then his superiors. We had a great experience and Icredit it all to Oscar. One last point picking up your car can take several hours, and is way more difficult than it needs to be. Oscar however covered well for the lack of staff to get it done. If want to but a car go see Oscar.

I needed a tire replacement for our X3 quickly. They had it in stock, installed it that day. In and out in about 1 hour, good as new. Plus, they put back spare tire and change tools, topped off fluids, washed car. I simply drove it home, done! Price was reasonable.
Just to let you know Jeremy Bongle is the reason I have my BMW serviced at Germain BMW. He is very up on service procedures and able to explain clearly the needs of my vehicle to assure it's continued trouble free performance. I take his help seriously.
