The Germain BMW team was great. We were scrambling to upgrade to a new X5 in 2024 and almost had given up when Klevis stepped up to make our plans a reality. The 2025 X5 is a fantastic car and clearly is a major improvement to our 2023 trade-in from another company, and wildly different from my previous X5 from 5+ years ago. The whole process was professional and efficient - we saved time, they worked with me on the price and terms, and now they have a happy new customer. Sounds like a Christmas present ... I had an excellent service appointment on 1/3/25. Charles Griffith was my Service Advisor and did an outstanding job explaining what was necessary to resolve my issues. He is always very professional and kept me informed of the progress of my repair. He is kind and pleasant and as long as Charles is in charge of my car, I know I'm receiving the best service!

Danny Mazzeo at Germain BMW was outstanding! His assistance though the negotiating, ordering, tracking, and ultimate delivery of our new 2025 X3 was invaluable. He continuously checked in and followed up with us, keeping us up to date during the entire process. I am not a Florida resident, so this added a few extra steps that we needed to work through (FedEx'ing paperwork, shipping the vehicle, extra detailed photos). There were a few bumps along the way, but in the end it all worked out well.

My car battery was dying as of the night before and I got the car to the Service Dept at the dealership on Saturday morning at 8 with no appointment. I also had a time constraint for completion of the work.
