My Service Advisor Rhoel Gray did an excellent job of providing me with service. I had booked an appointment for a clunking noise. I did not request a service loaner car. Rhoel said repairs may take a while and went on to find a loaner car for me. That was much appreciated. I especially liked the way he keep me in good contact with the repairs. There can’t be a service manager any nicer, and more interested and involved with your car in the service dept He walks so fast he’s hard to keep up with, I am nobody special but he always helps me out when I come in and gets all the answers to the issue to explain to me. He’s irreplaceable, he knows everyone’s name, why they’re there and what car is theirs. …. I’m not kidding. I only know Chuck from this dealership, but in a wierd sorta way I feel like I’ve known him forever.

Rhoel at Germain BMW always provides the best customer service options for my X5 you could ask for! I took my car for a flat tire and although he couldn't get me into service with a loaner for over a month, he was able to squeeze in my service appointment as well in just a few hours. This is actually the 2nd dealership he has worked for in the last 10 years and he's always been terrific!

I recently purchased an X3 at Germain Honda. It was a very pleasant experience, and I love their coffee machine! My sales person was Alex Ferber, who I highly recommend. He was knowledgeable, patient, respectful, helpful, honest, provided updates, and a pleasure to work with. Overall, a very good experience, and I love the car.

Currently this dealership is revamping its service facilities, so we were in a temporary facility in the back. They have coped well, so the experience is as close to seamless as previously. Chuck Griffith is our CSA and is extremely courteous, prompt and communicative. My only disappointment is that the team appears not to have read any of the notes I attached when booking the original appointment online.

Tona saved me $1100 from my grandson who she appropriately named Bubble Gum Boy!
